CI&T is seeking a Senior Data Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated data architectures and solutions for our international client portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and architectures.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust technical data solutions.
- Lead data modeling, integration, and warehousing initiatives for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and business analysts, to deliver data-driven insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Developer or in a similar senior data engineering role.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one major programming language commonly used in data development.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
