CI&T is hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be a key contributor, leading design efforts to create user-centered digital products and services that deliver meaningful value.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design processes, from research and concept development to high-fidelity prototypes
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for complex digital products
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design for web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Proven experience leading design projects and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly
- Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for enterprise software or B2B platforms
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience facilitating design workshops and user testing sessions
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
