About the Role

The role involves working directly with internal and external systems to implement, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations that support scalable and secure operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy integration workflows between internal platforms and client systems
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compatibility across services
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues during integration phases
  • Document integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical records
  • Support onboarding of new clients through technical configuration
  • Monitor integration performance and recommend improvements
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across connected systems
  • Work with APIs to enable secure and efficient data exchange
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and synchronization problems
  • Implement security protocols within integration pipelines
  • Optimize system performance for faster data processing
  • Respond to alerts and incidents related to integration failures
  • Coordinate with customer success to meet implementation timelines
  • Assist in developing automated testing for integration reliability
  • Stay current with changes in client infrastructure and adapt integrations
  • Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions
  • Help scale integration architecture for growing user demand
  • Integrate third-party services with minimal disruption
  • Ensure compliance with data handling standards
  • Provide technical feedback to product development teams
  • Maintain uptime and reliability of live integrations
  • Use monitoring tools to track system health
  • Support deployment of integration updates and patches
  • Contribute to post-mortem analyses after system incidents
  • Train team members on integration best practices
