What You’ll Do
- Assess training requirements and define clear learning objectives to address performance gaps.
- Design dynamic eLearning modules using a blend of multimedia, interactivity, and pedagogical best practices.
- Work hand-in-hand with technical experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Select appropriate delivery methods and technologies to support diverse learning preferences.
- Develop assessment frameworks in partnership with learning leadership to measure knowledge retention and skill application.
- Manage your design workflow independently, from planning through production handoff.
- Guide visual designers and coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless development.
- Stay current with advancements in learning theory and digital tools, sharing insights to strengthen team capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Formal qualification in instructional design or a related field.
- Proven experience applying structured design models such as ADDIE, as well as agile approaches.
- Strong ability to empathize with learners and craft journeys that support comprehension and retention.
- Skilled in visual storytelling and creating content that engages and informs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional environments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a consistent focus on quality and usability.
- Proficiency in authoring tools and learning technologies, with a drive to innovate within production workflows.
