Shape dynamic visual stories as a Freelance Motion Designer for a globally recognized B2B technology brand. Working remotely from Poland, you'll collaborate with a creative team based in Berlin to produce high-impact motion content that drives engagement and elevates brand presence across digital channels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the creation of storyboards, motion graphics, and final assets that align with campaign goals and brand identity
- Develop innovative 2D and 3D visuals for social media, balancing creative flair with strategic messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams, client services, and community specialists to ensure cohesive project delivery
- Stay ahead of evolving trends across social platforms and integrate fresh ideas into your work
- Take ownership of creative tasks, from concept to completion, with minimal oversight
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in motion design, with at least three years focused on social media content
- Expert-level proficiency in After Effects and a solid portfolio showcasing motion graphics excellence
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to adapt creatively across diverse brand styles and messaging tones
- Interpersonal strengths that support effective collaboration in a cross-cultural environment
- A genuine drive to produce groundbreaking, award-caliber campaigns
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior experience in a creative or social media agency setting
- Familiarity with German language and culture
