About the Role

Responsibilities
- Define go-to-market strategies for new and existing service offerings
- Develop messaging frameworks that articulate value propositions clearly
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with organizational goals
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitive landscape
- Create marketing content for digital platforms, reports, and presentations
- Lead brand positioning efforts across all external communications
- Manage product launch campaigns from concept to execution
- Work with design teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling
- Support sales enablement with tools, battle cards, and training
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
- Serve as a key liaison between marketing, client services, and communications
- Identify opportunities to expand reach within philanthropic sectors
- Oversee external agency partners and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with brand standards across all channels
- Develop thought leadership strategies to elevate market presence
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams as needed
- Maintain product marketing calendar and roadmap
- Present marketing updates to senior leadership
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the marketing function
- Stay current on industry trends in philanthropy and marketing
