Responsibilities
- Create and produce visual content for digital advertising, print ads, event materials, marketing collateral, and out-of-home placements
- Maintain creative integrity within established brand guidelines for two different brands
- Prepare files for print and out-of-home production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to support campaign development and execution
- Implement feedback efficiently and revise designs to meet legal, compliance, and performance standards
- Enhance conversion-focused design by applying best practices for clarity, hierarchy, and call-to-action
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and advertising best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 3–6 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing advertising, print, and campaign design
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of print and out-of-home production processes
- Experience in B2C and/or direct-response advertising
- Ability to work within established brand systems and incorporate feedback efficiently
