The Graphic Designer will create high-impact marketing and sales assets with a focus on digital and print media. Reporting to the Manager, Creative Production, the designer will collaborate within a global team to maintain brand integrity and deliver effective visual communication across all materials.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary digital graphic designer responsible for developing, designing, and producing marketing content.
- Create and produce sales support materials, including tradeshow graphics, seminar visuals, advertisements, product brochures, and other marketing deliverables.
- Help shape and refine the organization's marketing communication themes, ensuring all materials align with the established direction.
- Ensure consistent application of corporate identity across all designs in alignment with leadership standards.
- Offer expert guidance on visual communication best practices by staying updated on design trends, technology, and emerging media.
- Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and R&D teams to design packaging, labels, software interfaces, and product documentation as needed.
- Organize and manage design work, digital assets, and file systems using standardized naming conventions.
- Support product and on-site photography efforts to enhance content creation.
- Contribute to special projects as required, such as executive presentations, web content, and other communication needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Graphic Design and at least two years of professional design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities; committed to advancing user-centered design with meticulous attention to detail.
- Expertise in web and digital design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout grids.
- Demonstrated ability and interest in keeping up with design industry trends and marketing analytics developments.
- Comprehensive understanding of multimedia production techniques and experience preparing files for both digital and print distribution.
- Submission of a portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in an agency or advertising environment with a proven ability to deliver concept-driven solutions is preferred.
