As a Graduate RF/Analog Design Engineer based in Istanbul, you will play a key role in designing and developing RF integrated circuits across the full product lifecycle. Your work will focus on creating high-performance components such as switches, attenuators, low-noise amplifiers, and multi-chip modules, using a variety of process and packaging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform transistor-level design and simulation of RF analog circuits
- Conduct first-silicon evaluation and in-depth performance analysis
- Develop solutions using advanced design tools and methodologies
- Generate technical documentation and support product development workflows
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required, with a strong foundation in RF and analog circuit principles, including S-parameters, transmission line theory, and impedance matching. Proficiency with design environments such as Cadence and ADS is essential. An advanced degree is preferred.
Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools like EMPro or HFSS, prior IC tape-out involvement, and hands-on RF testing skills are considered strong advantages.
