About the Role

This position is designed for recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in technical service, offering training and mentorship to support long-term career growth in scientific instrumentation support.

Responsibilities

  • Install and commission advanced laboratory instruments at customer sites
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with precision devices
  • Ensure systems operate according to manufacturer specifications
  • Follow safety and compliance protocols during service calls
  • Document service activities and outcomes accurately
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment performance
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems
  • Maintain service tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Adhere to scheduled service timelines and customer appointments
  • Support validation and qualification processes for instruments
  • Assist in troubleshooting electromechanical and analytical systems
  • Participate in ongoing product and technical training
  • Provide feedback on recurring technical issues
  • Work independently in the field with remote supervision
  • Maintain professional conduct during customer interactions
  • Track parts usage and manage field inventory
  • Follow quality assurance procedures for service delivery
  • Support remote diagnostics and phone-based troubleshooting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in service operations
