About the Role

Support and maintain specialized oncology software systems, including Oncology Information Systems (OIS) and Treatment Planning Systems (TPS), ensuring consistent performance and reliability in clinical settings. This role is responsible for deploying, updating, and troubleshooting software solutions in alignment with technical standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure OIS and TPS software platforms according to established protocols and the client’s technical environment, ensuring full system functionality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep systems operating efficiently and securely.
  • Train healthcare staff on basic operations and system maintenance, promoting user independence and confidence.
  • Apply deep technical knowledge to resolve software-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime.
  • Follow safety and compliance guidelines rigorously to maintain secure working conditions.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to understand needs and deliver effective, long-term solutions.

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer engineering, information technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture and networking principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems is essential.
  • Minimum of three years in field service; experience in medical technology is a plus.
  • Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Home-based role with on-site requirements during office and non-office hours.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with computer networking and virtualization technologies to support system configuration and remote troubleshooting.
