Join a lean technical team building scalable infrastructure for real-time meeting processing. As a Fullstack/DevOps Engineer, you'll architect and maintain Kubernetes clusters using Helm, KEDA, and HPA to support dynamic workloads. Your work will ensure reliable, high-performance deployment of services across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm for consistent deployments and auto-scaling
- Optimize PostgreSQL databases through schema design, migration strategies with Drizzle ORM, and query performance tuning
- Build efficient Docker images using multi-stage processes and container optimization techniques
- Implement cloud infrastructure on Scaleway and AWS-compatible services, including object storage and message queuing patterns
- Configure Linux systems to support bot operations involving X11, PulseAudio, FFmpeg, and virtual video devices
- Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and container registry integrations
- Monitor system health with Grafana and Promtail, ensuring structured logging across distributed services
- Collaborate closely with engineers to scale real-time meeting processing systems
What We Look For
You have at least four years of production experience with TypeScript and Node.js, and a strong command of infrastructure-as-code principles. Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud networking is essential. You're comfortable tuning PostgreSQL performance, managing Linux systems, and debugging distributed systems.
Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD workflows, and observability tools like Grafana is required. You thrive in autonomous roles and bring a methodical approach to problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Rust, particularly Axum, Tokio, or C FFI integration
- Frontend development using React or Next.js
- Browser automation with Playwright
- Redis or SQS for asynchronous task processing
- Familiarity with WebRTC and real-time media pipelines
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role open to candidates in EU time zones. You'll work within a small, focused team where every contribution directly influences system architecture and scalability.
