Mindrift is looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Consultant to apply quality assurance expertise to advanced AI projects. In this role, you will use your deep ServiceNow knowledge to help shape and improve the accuracy of AI models, ensuring they communicate effectively within this domain.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across a variety of ServiceNow topics.
- Develop references and examples of tasks for project guidelines.
- Conduct interviews and assess qualification tests of experts to ensure competency.
- Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in chat discussions.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts to ensure alignment with project guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with ServiceNow software.
- An advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Readiness to learn new methods and ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly.
- Capability to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- A fully remote setup requiring a laptop, internet connection, and available time.
