Mindrift is hiring a Freelance GenAI Developer to collaborate with our Vibe Coding systems, delivering accurate, reliable outputs for real-world applications. This role focuses on prompt engineering and data workflows, where you will directly influence how these AI systems evolve.
What You'll Do
- Deliver well-reasoned, accurate, and clearly written outputs backed by credible sources.
- Solve complex tasks across different domains using automation.
- Develop and submit precise answers based on complex prompts, including coding, automation, and data processing tasks.
- Write and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and verification.
- Work efficiently with large datasets, ensuring data is clean and well-structured.
- Utilize various LLMs to generate advanced prompts and improve AI output quality.
- Format outputs in required structures such as Markdown, JSON, or tables.
- Identify and troubleshoot non-trivial technical problems related to AI workflows and integrations.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- An Upper-intermediate (B2) or above level of English proficiency.
- Strong data analysis and automation skills, with experience in scripting (e.g., Python) for task efficiency.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Ability to develop, test, and optimize AI-driven workflows and tools.
- A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in data processing and output.
- Readiness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and willingness to work with complex guidelines.
- Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for a challenge.
Nice to Have
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in AI automation, data engineering, or software development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks to enhance automation and problem-solving.
