About the Role
The developer will translate Figma mockups into responsive Webflow sites, maintaining design accuracy and optimizing for speed and usability.
Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into responsive Webflow pages
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of visual layouts
- Optimize page load speed and performance
- Collaborate with designers to clarify design details
- Implement interactive elements using Webflow components
- Test across browsers and devices for consistency
- Maintain clean and organized Webflow project structure
- Follow brand guidelines during implementation
- Integrate lead capture forms and CTAs
- Ensure accessibility standards are met
- Support A/B testing setups in Webflow
- Update content based on feedback cycles
- Document implementation decisions and design deviations
- Work within established design systems
- Deliver projects on schedule
- Troubleshoot layout or functionality issues
- Use CMS collections where required
- Ensure mobile responsiveness matches design specs
- Implement animations as defined in Figma
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment
- Support SEO best practices in structure
- Review work with stakeholders before launch
- Provide post-launch support for urgent fixes
- Adapt layouts for multilingual content if needed
- Communicate progress and blockers proactively
