PAR Systems is hiring a Field Service Software Engineer to support our advanced automation systems deployed across a wide range of industries. This role focuses on software-driven challenges within complex automation environments, supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing software integrated with deployed systems while working directly with customers and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Gain familiarity with PAR’s automation platforms and deployed systems.
- Apply software experience to support field installations and customer sites.
- Resolve issues and implement software updates in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot system behavior.
- Contribute to software improvements.
- Support installations and upgrades.
- Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned technical responsibilities while maintaining high quality and customer focus.

- Compensation: $72,000 – $85,000 annually
