Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or Software Engineer in Test, working closely with development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to shift quality left by influencing design and development practices.
- Hands-on experience with: Unit testing, Integration testing, End-to-end automated testing
- Ability to work with engineers to write, review, and improve tests (not just define them)
- Strong understanding of the test pyramid and when to apply each test type
- Experience identifying and mitigating quality risk in complex systems
- Clear, confident communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
- Familiarity with test data management and test environments
- Experience reducing flaky tests and improving pipeline reliability
