Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out validation and verification test protocols, including collecting, evaluating, and summarizing test results.
- Conduct test method validations and document findings through data analysis and reporting.
- Revise design specifications, risk management documentation, FMEAs, and related technical records as required.
- Assess quality issues and plan corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple sites and external component vendors to align engineering activities.
- Manage updates to engineering documents such as specifications, change orders, and manufacturing instructions.
- Follow quality system requirements, laboratory best practices, and safety protocols during all activities.
- Design and implement manufacturing processes, tools, and controls; oversee assembly and testing.
- Create project status reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes.
- Lead minor projects focused on product improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned; this role may include responsibilities beyond those listed.
