We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you’ll play a central part in designing, building, and refining features for a widely adopted SaaS platform focused on media delivery and optimization. With a strong foundation in React.js and Node.js, you’ll take full ownership of development, testing, and deployment, working independently in a remote-first setup.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with team members to define, develop, and launch new features from concept to production.
- Design solutions with a focus on user experience, keeping customer pain points at the forefront.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of features, including writing test cases and conducting both manual and automated testing.
- Review peer code to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Monitor product performance on production systems in coordination with infrastructure teams.
- Iterate quickly on MVPs and continuously improve existing functionality.
- Work autonomously with flexibility in schedule and location, supported by a trust-based culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex systems into manageable components.
- Proven experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and HTML.
- Initiative in learning and applying new technologies—whether through side projects, open-source contributions, or early-stage startups.
- Clear and effective communication, especially in remote settings.
Nice to Have
- 3–5 years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with CDNs, DNS, and AWS infrastructure.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
