What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing features, balancing usability, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Collaborate with product teams to define clear problem statements and measurable outcomes
- Build intuitive frontends using Vue or React, focusing on polish and seamless user interaction
- Develop robust, scalable backend services in Node.js that support high-traffic workflows
- Move fluidly between frontend and backend layers to accelerate development and resolve blockers
- Design and run experiments to validate ideas and improve key metrics like activation and retention
- Instrument features to track real-world usage and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Own the data behind your features, using insights to guide prioritization and iteration
- Develop APIs and integrations that expand the platform’s extensibility and automation capabilities
- Ensure all new functionality meets strict security and reliability standards
- Contribute to system architecture improvements that support scalability and uptime
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and shipping full-stack applications in TypeScript, with strong frontend and backend skills
- A product-focused mindset—measuring success by user impact, not just technical delivery
- Hands-on expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, and either Vue or React (familiarity with all three is ideal)
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, with ownership of key product metrics
- Background in scalable SaaS systems, understanding trade-offs between speed, reliability, and developer efficiency
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments with evolving priorities
- Commitment to knowledge sharing through code reviews, documentation, and mentorship
