Cosy Hauz A Ltd. is hiring a part-time, remote Design Architect to transform ideas into practical and sustainable architectural designs. You will be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing unique projects for residential and commercial clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive architectural designs and plans aligned with client requirements.
- Work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to gather project specifications and feedback.
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using design software like AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for effective delivery.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions.
- Present design concepts and updates to clients for approval.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Strong understanding of building codes and zoning laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
