Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate business goals into data-driven solutions
- Examine large volumes of customer and product data to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and business opportunities
- Design and enhance customer segmentation frameworks to enable targeted marketing and personalized experiences
- Develop and optimize recommendation engines using collaborative filtering, content-based, or hybrid approaches
- Choose, train, and validate machine learning models with emphasis on delivering measurable business impact
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for personalization and recommendation systems
- Contribute to data integrity, enrichment, and modeling during the transition to PIM and CDP platforms
- Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
