Responsibilities
- Lead contact list management and support voter outreach by delivering clean, standardized data and custom database queries (50%)
- Design and oversee data infrastructure, including global schema alignment, survey data integration, and ETL pipeline development (30%)
- Work with software engineers to ensure reliable data flow and synchronization between Redshift and external platforms (20%)
- Develop on-demand SQL queries for internal teams and assess opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across outreach tools and internal systems
- Support the ongoing improvement of integrations between internal platforms and external APIs
Requirements
- Minimum of three years working with large relational databases and advanced SQL, including query performance tuning
- Demonstrated expertise in data architecture principles, database schema design, and ETL processes, particularly using dbt or comparable tools
- Hands-on experience using Git for version control and combining data from multiple disparate sources
- Strong communication abilities with a proven ability to work closely with non-technical team members
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and experience managing concurrent projects in a remote setting
- Proactive approach emphasizing data privacy, security, and system resilience

- Familiarity with campaign technology platforms such as ActionKit, Mobilize, or Spoke
