Form Health is hiring a Data Analyst to power data-driven decision-making across product development, clinical outcomes, operations, and business performance. You will help the company scale by building actionable dashboards, uncovering insights, supporting experimentation, and partnering closely with product, clinical, operations, and leadership teams.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, clinical outcomes, operational metrics, and financial performance, ensuring timely, accurate insights across the company
- Collaborate with product and engineering to expose key data in the app, support A/B testing, define and monitor feature success metrics, and inform iterative product improvements
- Support strategic research and opportunity analysis, partnering with clinical, product, and operational leaders to answer high-priority business questions and surface new opportunities for impact
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data insights, or product analytics, ideally in a high-growth, data-driven environment
- 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, EMR, or similar)
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools
- Able to turn ambiguous business questions into clear, structured analyses and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable partnering with product, engineering, clinical operations, and finance to drive decisions
- A proactive self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems in a fast-paced startup setting
- Highly organized, with a knack for bringing clarity and alignment to cross-functional work
- Passionate about using data and technology to improve healthcare outcomes for patients
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Snowflake and Sigma is a plus
