Responsibilities

- Produce regular summaries and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvements using data
- Support ad hoc analytical requests from stakeholders
- Document data sources, pipelines, and methodologies
- Work with engineering teams to refine data collection practices
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or clinical data environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA or other data privacy regulations
- Exposure to machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Background in A/B testing or experimental design
