About the Role

This role involves delivering advanced clinical application support for cardiovascular ultrasound systems, ensuring customers maximize the value of their equipment through training, troubleshooting, and demonstration of best practices in imaging techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training on cardiovascular ultrasound systems to clinical staff
  • Provide on-site and remote technical and clinical support for system operation
  • Demonstrate imaging capabilities during sales cycles to support technical evaluations
  • Assist customers in optimizing workflow and image acquisition protocols
  • Troubleshoot system performance issues and collaborate with service teams
  • Conduct system installations and ensure proper configuration for clinical use
  • Support clinical validation of imaging systems in customer environments
  • Educate users on advanced features and clinical applications
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and technical requirements
  • Present product capabilities during live demonstrations and case reviews
  • Assist in the development of clinical content and training materials
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular imaging advancements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards during system use
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
  • Participate in product launches and market readiness activities
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to validate new software features
  • Support post-installation follow-up to ensure sustained system performance
  • Promote best practices in echocardiography and vascular imaging
  • Respond to urgent customer inquiries regarding system functionality
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for training and support
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex clinical challenges
  • Stay current with clinical guidelines and accreditation requirements
  • Assist in the planning of clinical workshops and educational events
  • Ensure consistent application of clinical protocols across customer sites
