We are looking for an experienced Business Consultant & Advisor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will work directly with leadership teams to assess business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that drive performance and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, financial performance, and organizational structure
- Collaborate with clients to define goals, develop strategic roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives
- Deliver tailored recommendations supported by data-driven insights and industry best practices
- Guide implementation efforts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications
Applicants should have a proven track record in business advisory or management consulting. A background in strategy, operations, or organizational development is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, project management experience, and fluency in financial modeling are highly valued.
Comfort working independently and managing multiple client engagements is required. A professional certification such as MBA, PMP, or CMC is an advantage but not mandatory.
