Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives independently or with cross-functional teams, building data-driven insights to address critical business challenges such as market expansion or new product development
- Apply analytical rigor using an 80/20 mindset, integrating data from diverse sources—including financial databases, analyst reports, and customer surveys—to inform 1- and 5-year planning cycles
- Develop clear, compelling narratives to communicate strategic recommendations to executives, leadership teams, and broader employee audiences
- Synthesize complex findings into actionable business guidance, demonstrating strong judgment and strategic foresight
- Build relationships with external industry analysts to strengthen market credibility and inform product direction
- Coach and support product leaders in evaluating and testing strategic hypotheses for new initiatives

Qualifications
Candidates must hold a BA/BS degree in a relevant field and bring at least five years of product management experience, with a focus on security technologies such as WAF, ZTNA, SASE, or cryptographic solutions. Proven ability to analyze complex business questions, deliver high-quality insights, and influence decision-making at senior levels is essential.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are required to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and skilled in managing multiple priorities through collaboration. Leadership experience, including mentoring others and driving change through influence, is critical. An MBA is preferred but not required.
Technical Environment
Work involves regular use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Think-cell for modeling and presentation, along with 6-page strategic briefs. Data sources include Capital IQ, third-party analyst insights, and primary survey data.
