- Contribute to illustration style and iconography development
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all visual outputs
- Work closely with content creators to align messaging and visuals
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities
- Participate in design critiques and team reviews
- Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies
- Support recruitment efforts through employer branding materials
- Help scale design systems for global audiences
- Design swag and merchandise that reflect brand tone
- Represent design in cross-team planning discussions
- Document design decisions and rationale clearly
- Optimize assets for performance and usability
- Collaborate on animations and motion graphics for key messages
