Responsibilities
- Create and manage the design of evaluation boards for semiconductor products such as GPUs, CPUs, and test chips.
- Lead all stages of the design process, including electrical schematics, component selection, and providing layout direction.
- Oversee documentation necessary for product release to manufacturing and external partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for silicon, thermal, mechanical, signal integrity, and EMC engineering teams.
- Work closely with platform architects and chip design leads to define platform specifications and verify performance and test requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design responsibility for the design of evaluation boards for Nvidia products, including GPUs, CPUs, test chips, etc.
- Drive every aspect of design execution, electrical schematics, component selection, and provide layout guidance.
- Manage the documentation required to release the product to manufacturing and partners, and serve as the primary interface to the Silicon/Thermal/Mechanical/SI/EMC engineers.
- Collaborate with Platform Architects and Chip Leads to create the platform specification and ensure the design meets the performance and testing requirements.
- Hands-on development and testing in a lab environment, validation plans and bring-up, accompanying production and qualification processes.
