Responsibilities
- Provide support during regular BMS preventive maintenance visits under the guidance of senior staff
- Help respond to fundamental BMS alerts and on-call requirements
- Examine site log records and contribute to resolving minor operational issues
- Create detailed service documentation and assist in suggesting system upgrades
- Support subcontractors on location when necessary
- Begin learning how to adjust and configure BMS software platforms
- Keep accurate records of all system modifications and updates
- Build foundational knowledge of HVAC equipment and BMS control strategies
