Kiewit Corporation is seeking an Architectural BIM Designer to support various Industrial Building projects. Your expertise in modeling, clash detection, and collaborative design will contribute directly to the success of our construction projects.
What You'll Do
- Assist in executing multi-discipline project design deliverables in Revit as assigned.
- Work closely with designers, architects, and engineers in a team environment to meet project goals.
- Provide quality checks for deliverables in accordance with company standards.
- Participate in BIM/Revit process, tool, and standard development.
- Become familiar with Kiewit's design-build engineering design processes.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture and a minimum of 2 years of design experience using REVIT.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret multi-discipline engineering and vendor documents.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members.
- Required knowledge and experience with BIM software, specifically Revit and/or Navisworks.
- Basic knowledge of the latest computer operating systems.
- Knowledge of basic spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs.
- Ability to maintain regular, reliable attendance and meet deadlines.
- Capability to work productively, safely, and follow oral and written instructions.
- Willingness to work during normal operating hours, with overtime and weekends as required, at various locations.
