Prematch is looking for an Analytics Engineer (L6) - Title and Launch Management to lead the development and measurement of Netflix's scaled content system, enabling automated delivery of new content formats. You will partner with launch operations and cross-functional teams to shape strategy and deliver impact through analytical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Engage with stakeholders in Content Platform Operations & Publishing to learn about internal systems for content distribution.
- Identify impactful problems to solve via scalable analytics solutions.
- Lead development of new metrics, analyses, and dashboards that impact decision-making.
- Lead sourcing and development of foundational data models with data engineers.
- Partner closely with ML/AI practitioners on analytics and reporting for automated content distribution.
- Serve as a key thought partner on analytical methods and data-driven decision making.
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS degree in a quantitative or computational field.
- 8+ years of full-time work experience in relevant analytical roles.
- Expert in one or more data-oriented programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Scala).
- Expert in intuitive dashboard/visualization design (e.g., Tableau, Plotly).
- Proficient in ETL and data warehousing best practices.
- Proficient in core statistical concepts (e.g., estimation, hypothesis testing, regression).
- Comfortable and effective in ambiguous problem spaces; ability to own and drive projects with minimal oversight.
- Strong communicator who can develop relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions through data.
- Enthusiasm about and compatibility with Netflix culture.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on large-scale operational systems.

- Salary range: $150,000 - $750,000 + equity
- Options available (choose salary vs stock options each year)
