Responsibilities
- Work closely with external integration partners and internal engineering groups to transition R&D prototypes into scalable, high-volume manufacturing workflows
- Lead process development initiatives to rapidly address technical challenges while improving cost-effectiveness, product quality, and operational efficiency
- Engage in factory and site acceptance testing, as well as installation, operation, and performance qualification protocols
- Contribute to technical tasks such as drafting equipment specifications, assessing proof-of-concept setups, conceptualizing machinery layouts, designing process experiments, and conducting root cause investigations
- Create, verify, and record enhancements to manufacturing methods, including automation strategies, equipment usage, and fixture development
- Coordinate with a wide range of technical specialists across the organization to support cross-functional objectives
