Solventum was looking for an Account Manager- Drinking Water filtration

About the Role

Drive regional sales expansion for advanced drinking water filtration systems across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey by identifying opportunities within major food service chains and hospitality networks. This role focuses on shaping and executing targeted sales strategies in collaboration with marketing and technical teams to secure long-term partnerships with high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to onboard key HoReCa accounts with innovative filtration technologies
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by engaging decision-makers and technical specifiers in global quick-service restaurant brands
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in complex organizational structures
  • Articulate product benefits and technical advantages to strengthen market credibility
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and external installation partners to ensure seamless solution delivery

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least five years of experience in technical sales or a related field
  • Proven success in managing and growing major accounts in competitive environments
  • Fluency in English and Arabic required; additional European languages are an asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating internal systems
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally

The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly organized, and capable of thriving in a technically complex, relationship-driven sales environment. Prior exposure to food service operations or water treatment technologies is advantageous.
