Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for roles in data centres, engineering, construction, and technical operations.
  • Conduct structured screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on role fit.
  • Work closely with the senior team to support high-priority and time-sensitive hiring needs.
  • Build and manage pipelines of specialist talent across various technical verticals.
  • Conduct competitor research and gather market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and support hiring workflow within internal systems.
  • Align working hours to US time zones to ensure timely communication and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing, ideally within data centre, engineering, construction, or other technical sectors.
  • Confident conducting screening interviews and assessing candidates against specialist criteria.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet, a laptop, and a quiet, professional work environment are essential.
  • Must be available to work primarily within US time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with market mapping, research, or competitive analysis in a recruitment context is a plus.
