iRhythm Technologies is hiring a Workday HRIS Specialist III

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary expert for Workday Absence, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
  • Configure and manage business processes, eligibility criteria, accrual rules, pay inputs, benefit events, and associated elements within Workday.
  • Ensure correct configuration and timely execution of benefits enrollment and payroll-related data processing.
  • Support compliance with regulatory reporting standards for benefits and payroll functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and convert business requirements into sustainable Workday configurations.
  • Lead system updates, testing phases, and activation of new Workday features.
  • Deliver advanced-level support to HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams by resolving complex system issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits and validations to maintain data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Absence, Payroll, and Benefits using Workday Report Writer.
  • Work with integration teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and external platforms.
  • Document system configurations, test procedures, and standard operating protocols.
  • Guide junior team members in module-specific tasks and promote best practices.
