About the Role
The consultant will lead Workday HCM configurations and implementations, ensuring alignment with client needs, providing expert guidance, and supporting system improvements through best practices and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Workday HCM modules to meet client requirements
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects from planning to go-live
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs
- Develop functional specifications for system configurations
- Support integration between Workday and external systems
- Conduct system testing and resolve configuration issues
- Provide training and documentation for end users
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Assist in defining reporting structures and security roles
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes
- Participate in upgrade planning and regression testing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday product releases
- Advise clients on HCM process optimization
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support change management activities during deployments
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Coordinate with project managers on timelines and deliverables
- Ensure configurations follow Workday best practices
- Assist in data conversion and validation processes
- Collaborate with consultants across functional domains
