Join a team dedicated to advancing renewable energy by maintaining and optimizing wind turbine performance in the Pacific Northwest. As a Wind Hub Technician, you'll play a key role in servicing and repairing turbine systems to ensure consistent power generation and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on wind turbine components including blades, gearboxes, and electrical systems
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and technical documentation
- Climb turbines regularly to access nacelles and other high-elevation components
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of operational excellence
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field such as electromechanical systems, industrial maintenance, or electrical technology
- Experience working with high-voltage systems, hydraulics, or rotating equipment preferred
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
