About the Role
The designer will focus on motion graphics and brand-aligned visual content, ensuring a cohesive and dynamic presence across digital interfaces, marketing materials, and physical environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce motion graphics for digital platforms and presentations
- Develop visual assets that align with established brand guidelines
- Collaborate with creative team members to maintain brand consistency
- Create animations for web, social media, and internal communications
- Translate brand concepts into compelling visual formats
- Support the development of multimedia campaigns
- Produce storyboards and animated sequences for review
- Refine motion designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Ensure visual content meets technical requirements across platforms
- Work across both digital and print mediums
- Maintain a high standard of aesthetic and technical quality
- Contribute to brand expression through innovative design
- Adapt existing static designs into animated formats
- Manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
- Deliver final assets in required formats and specifications
- Integrate motion elements into broader marketing initiatives
- Use industry-standard software for animation and compositing
- Support the evolution of brand visual language
- Present design concepts to team leads and stakeholders
- Ensure accessibility and clarity in animated content
- Optimize file sizes and formats for various delivery methods
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on visual direction
- Stay current with motion design trends and techniques
- Maintain organized project files and version control
