Responsibilities
- Website Content: Design and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives.
- Social Media & Ad Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
- Blog & Long-form Content: Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles.
- Emails: Develop visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates.
- Print & Event Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events.
- Pitch Decks: Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations.
- Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance digital content.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work.
- Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work.
- Experience with tools for video editing and animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or equivalents).
- Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
- Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Nice to Have
- Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design practices.
- Understanding of SEO and content-driven design.
