We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage inbound and outbound sales calls from a remote location. This is an entry-level position with comprehensive on-the-job training and a required minimum commitment of nine months.

- Document interactions and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace during shifts
Requirements
You must be fluent in English and possess strong communication abilities along with basic computer proficiency. Reliability and a willingness to learn are essential, as attendance during the full training period—up to two weeks—is mandatory.
Technical requirements include a laptop meeting one of the following specifications: Windows (8GB RAM, Core i5 with 4 cores, 2.0GHz or faster) or Mac (8GB RAM, running Catalina or Big Sur, or equipped with M1 chip and 2.0GHz+ processor). A wired USB headset with a visible microphone is required—wireless options like AirPods are not permitted.
Internet must be delivered through a wired LTE router powered by SIM and connected via cable. Wi-Fi and mobile hotspots do not meet the connectivity standard and are not accepted.
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time role offers a base salary with the potential for performance-based incentives. The position operates on a five-day workweek with daily shifts of 8 to 9 hours. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to attend two company-organized events each year.
