Ig is looking for a Video & Motion Designer to create compelling video content and motion graphics that bring our brand to life across all digital channels. You will play a key role in driving engagement by translating complex financial concepts into accessible and engaging visual narratives.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce video content for social media, website, app, and paid media campaigns
- Create motion graphics, animations, and kinetic typography for brand storytelling
- Edit and optimize video content for different platforms and formats (vertical, square, landscape)
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to visualize data, products, and customer journeys
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video assets
- Manage video asset library and ensure efficient production workflows
- Stay current with video trends and motion design best practices
- Deliver high-quality video content to tight deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and motion design tools
- Strong portfolio/reel demonstrating excellent motion graphics and video editing skills
- Understanding of social-first content and platform-specific video requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex information into engaging visual narratives
- Advanced knowledge of video optimization and encoding for different platforms
- Strong collaborative skills with creative and product teams
- Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across all motion and video assets
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D animation tools (Cinema 4D/Blender) desirable
