Shape ideas into movement — we're looking for a Motion Designer who turns concepts into vivid, engaging visual experiences. Your work will span campaigns, social media, institutional content, and digital storytelling, ensuring each piece communicates clearly and powerfully.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce animations and motion graphics for a variety of platforms and formats
- Translate creative briefs into dynamic visual narratives using storyboards, styleframes, or reference materials
- Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and editors to refine and deliver concepts
- Revise and adapt assets based on feedback from teams and stakeholders
- Maintain organized project files to support efficient iteration and delivery
- Stay current with design trends and motion techniques to elevate the quality of your work
- Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and creative direction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating animations in After Effects
- Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong grasp of composition, typography, rhythm, and visual storytelling
- Ability to manage time effectively and work within established styles
- Commitment to learning and improving technical skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender
- Familiarity with Premiere for basic editing
- Understanding of sound design in motion projects
- Experience using LottieFiles for web animations
- Comfort presenting your work and explaining creative choices
- Knowledge of AI tools and generative platforms
