About the Role
The ideal candidate will manage vendor onboarding, performance evaluation, and contract compliance while serving as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements
- Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and vendors
- Track contract renewals and expiration dates
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor efficiency
- Support resolution of vendor-related issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Generate regular reporting on vendor metrics
- Assist in evaluating new vendor proposals
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor selection
- Manage vendor access to internal systems
- Conduct periodic vendor audits
- Maintain vendor contact directories
- Support contract negotiation processes
- Track vendor invoices and deliverables
- Escalate performance concerns to management
- Ensure data privacy and security standards are met
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Provide input on vendor scorecards
- Stay current on industry best practices
- Assist with vendor training and orientation
- Coordinate vendor performance reviews
- Support compliance with federal and state regulations
- Document vendor interactions and action items
