About the Role
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for crafting user-friendly interfaces and seamless experiences for digital products, translating business requirements into functional designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the development lifecycle
- Apply design systems and component libraries consistently
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices
- Translate complex workflows into simple, clear interactions
- Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Support agile development with timely deliverables
- Document design decisions and design process rationale
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Optimize user experiences based on analytics and user data
- Partner with UX researchers to validate design assumptions
