Responsibilities
- Deliver direct assistance to the BSNA Field Organization by managing and resolving support tickets efficiently.
- Handle access-related requests and permissions for field staff.
- Ensure prompt outreach, clear communication, and consistent follow-up with field team members to address and resolve technical or operational issues, guided by BSNA leadership.
- Collaborate with BSNA leadership across North America and internal departments to support shared strategic objectives.
- Guide and train User Support Associates on BSNA business systems and workflows, and support escalation processes when needed.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of tools and procedures that improve daily support operations.
- Support User Acceptance Testing for BSNA Operations software and help gather financial data to assist team members.
- Analyze support trends over time and recommend strategic improvements to BE Operations and development teams.
- Develop clear documentation to support quick resolution of incoming support inquiries.
- Keep all team documentation updated and organized in a centralized file system.
- Help create or deliver training content for BE-BSNA Operations programs.
- Adhere to established operational policies and protocols.
- Promote and comply with company safety standards in all work activities.
