Agiloft is hiring a UI/UX Designer & Developer to join our software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end user experience, from conceptual design to functional implementation, ensuring our software is both intuitive and powerful.
What You'll Do
- Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for Agiloft's software products.
- Develop and implement front-end components based on your designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Maintain and evolve our design system and component library.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in both UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and implemented projects.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within an engineering team.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad.
