Monterail is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Design Network on a freelance basis. You'll collaborate on a variety of projects, applying your skills to build digital products for our clients.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in designing digital products for web and/or mobile
- A strong portfolio showcasing product design skills
- Proficiency in tools like Figma or similar
- A user-centered mindset and good understanding of UX principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility and openness to various tasks and project types
- Availability from 20 to 40 hours per week
- Professional English skills
- Ability to operate as a B2B one-person entity (contract only)
Technical Stack
- Figma or similar design tooling
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: 65 - 90 PLN/h
