About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical projects for tribal environmental and public health programs
- Manage data collection, entry, and quality assurance processes
- Support compliance with federal and tribal environmental regulations
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for regulatory submissions
- Serve as a point of contact for tribal stakeholders and program partners
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
- Organize and maintain project records and digital documentation systems
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and tribal representatives
- Provide logistical support for training sessions and outreach events
- Review technical materials for accuracy and cultural appropriateness
- Assist in developing program materials and guidance documents
- Monitor funding requirements and reporting deadlines
- Support grant management activities including documentation and status updates
- Conduct research on environmental health topics relevant to tribal communities
- Participate in virtual meetings and conference calls with stakeholders
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all project activities
