About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing transaction timelines, coordinating with agents and clients, and maintaining accurate records throughout the real estate closing process.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage timelines for real estate transactions from contract to close
- Communicate regularly with clients, agents, and title companies
- Ensure all transaction documents are complete, signed, and properly filed
- Track progress of inspections, appraisals, and financing approvals
- Prepare and distribute closing checklists to relevant parties
- Coordinate signing appointments and closing schedules
- Resolve transaction obstacles quickly to avoid delays
- Maintain accurate status updates in the company’s transaction management system
- Follow up on outstanding conditions and contingencies
- Assist in preparing closing packages for review
- Verify receipt of signed documents and deliverables
- Support compliance with company and industry standards
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Organize internal handoffs between departments
- Provide status summaries during team meetings
- Ensure consistency in client communication
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously without oversight loss
- Update transaction databases with current milestones
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Assist with post-closing documentation as needed
